• Provide accurate information when you register or submit an enquiry.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

When using ColleZoo you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, including reviews
• Impersonate an institution, a student, or a member of our team
• Scrape, copy or republish our content at scale without written permission
• Attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it
• Use the platform to send spam or harvest other users' contact details

College, course and exam information on ColleZoo is compiled from what institutions and conducting bodies publish. We work to keep it current, but admission rules, fees, cutoffs and dates change, sometimes at short notice.

Always confirm the details on the institution's or exam body's official website before you apply or pay any fee. We link to the official source on every profile for that purpose. ColleZoo is an information and discovery platform; it is not an admission authority and does not guarantee admission to any institution.

You keep ownership of reviews, posts and other content you submit. By posting, you grant ColleZoo a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. We may remove content that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe to be inaccurate or harmful.

Counselling is provided as guidance to help you make your own decision. It does not constitute a guarantee of admission, scholarship, visa outcome or placement. When you submit an enquiry, you consent to us contacting you about that enquiry by phone, email or messaging.

ColleZoo links to institution websites, exam portals and scholarship providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data. Their terms apply when you use them.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ColleZoo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from decisions made in reliance on information published here without verification against the official source. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
